We decided to visit this place due to a recommendation from our friend Eric Olschwanger. It did not disappoint!The food was delicious and served very quickly after ordering, the waiter was engaging and funny, and the atmosphere was very nice.We'll definitely be back when we are in the area!

I joined a group of friends for lunch today. Friends said they love the restaurant but the food was just so-so. There were 8 of us and we were seated at a round table with a lazy susan in a private enclave! It was nice to be able to see and talk to everyone during the meal. Service was good. Drink & food orders promptly taken. Food arrived as ordered! I ordered Szechwan Eggplant. My dish was just mediocre, lacking flavor, and texture. I've had better. The consensus of the table was that food taste and quality was lacking except for one person who ordered Sesame Chicken - she loved her dish. It is doubtful that I will return to the restaurant. The $16 lunch special was expensive and there are much better options elsewhere. I will say that our waiter did a great job! He was friendly, very courteous and was rewarded with a nice tip!
It had been a while since I was back to May Dragon. The owner was the mayor when I was there for his celebration dinner. The food was excellent and fresh! Like authentic Chinese Food! Well, the visit we had was very disappointing! I ordered the Orange Beef, which was too sweet and a lot of sauce. Very Americanized! My wife ordered the Combo fried rice, had no flavor, and came out cold! When we told the owners wife that the fried rice was cold, she took it back to the kitchen to microwave it, not to reheat or rebook it in the wok! Now the shrimp and meat are tough! Very inedible! We both did not finish our dishes!The lunch menu is very expensive for the quality of the food that was received! My Orange beef was $16, and my wife's combo fried rice was about the same price and extra charge because it was a combo, I guess because of the shrimp and meats. Don't get a soft drink. It comes in a bottle for $4! The pricing is for a high-end Chinese restaurant with authentic good Chinese food like Royal China! Not like a fast food Chinese restaurant, which looks outdated! We will not be back and not suggest May Dragon in Addison!

Everything about May Dragon is great - the people, the food, the service, the food, and then there's the food. Best egg drop soup ever! Delicious crispy noodles with delectable sweet and sour sauce! Scrumptious chicken and broccoli! We've been going there for years upon years and every time we're in Addison, May Dragon is our choice!

Today I was walking with my family and we decided to eat at May Dragon, but unfortunately today we had a bad impression with their food, very bad, the meat seemed from days gone by, the rice was raw and tasteless, and the prices were so high. They need to improve their food.
