If you're passing through, it's best to continue driving to the McDonald's on Fort Worth Ave. They have better food & service. There's always an issue at this location & longer than normal wait times. On our last visit, we ordered 4 breakfast platters & drinks. The drinks were watered-down, & biscuits were hard. We received very little egg & they were overcooked. The hashbrowns were undercooked. There were lots of napkins, but no utensils or condiments.

For some reason every time I use the app to use my rewards and/or deals for fries, half the carton is always empty! This isn't the only location that does it. I always go back to ask them to fill up the container. Do not tell customers they can have an item for a certain price if you do not want to completely give them that item. Are y'all being trained to short change the fries if it is bought through the app rewards?! Check your fries before pulling off. It's getting ridiculous.

I place my order at the self kiosk and when I got done a lady and her daughter came in standing at the counter trying to place a order. All employees were standing waiting on food instead of taking orders. The supervisors ain't saying anything. I have to say something to somebody so they can get service. SMH I used to work at a McDonald's basically if you waiting on food take another order. Don't have anyone standing for 20 minutes. SMH 😒
