Ordered 2 mocha frappes and a chocolate sundae. The receipt showed the order was correct. We got the sundae and had to pull up to another window to wait for the frappes. After 4 1/2 minutes waiting they brought us two fruit smoothies. I said we ordered mocha frappes. They had us wait another 5 minutes and the sundae has melted. We get the frappes and it was sugary ice coffee with large chunks of ice in it!! I can't even drink through the straw. There was no apology or offer of recompense. So disgusted.

This time I was taking someone else in the Drive-Thru she ordered a vanilla cone and also a chicken sandwich. I didn't want anything tonight from McDonald's but I don't have a experience today only my niece she loved vanilla cones. I just wanted to comment for her tonight my experience with her was great. The service was satisfied. No complained and no regrets. Thank you

Good place to go and enjoy a little family time with ur kids đ đ so they play in the play place even though it would be awesome if it was a little bigger with more stuff but hey at least it has a playground đ the food is good great service everytime I go the workers are nice but I do always kinda order at the kiosk 2 get all the deals đ but they are quick 2 give ur food

On 7/12 @10:30 the Big Dude with curly nappy hair at the first window was very rude and unprofessional. He messed up my order after telling him 3 times and then you can notice he got an attitude over the mic. Once pulled to first window he was on his phone with wired headphones plugged in which is why he couldnât hear me. Management needs to do better on who theyâre hiring!

The young Hispanic manager that worked on 5/23/2025 at 6:55-7:00 am was very professional and very kind. I was having a problem on the app and he didnât question me and helped me how he see fit. This McDonaldâs definitely needs to promote him higher. He shows empathy and respect to his customers. I wish I got his name to put on this review but I hope he sees it and is proud of himself for how he handled the situation. Thank you!!!!
