For a 24/7 McDonalds it’s weird that when I go to the McDonald’s app at 4:30am-5:30am and it’s not working. Says the McDonald’s is closed as it’s literally open for drive thru

I like this McDonald's because the employees are very nice and respectful. It's just that the wait time is longggggg. It has no inside so you have to walk up to a window and press the button/doorbell. It just takes so long to even see a person and get your order prepared. If they had more people it would go a lot smoother. Especially since there is no lobby area.

I just want to take a moment to sincerely thank the team at the McDonald’s off of Arapahoe Drive. I’ve never experienced such genuinely polite, thoughtful, and sincere customer service at any McDonald’s location—so much so that I felt compelled to write a review in hopes that it reaches the entire crew.
