I literally just left this location after receiving a call from the manager this afternoon. I won’t say her name but she called me and apologized for messing up my previous order and that I could come pick up a complementary order. I specifically asked if there was anyone specific that I would need to speak with and was told no just let the team member know that I was picking up a complementary order per the manager. Unfortunately, no one knew what I was talking about, although I gave the managers name (which was the correct name). I was told to come back when she’s available, I don’t know when she’s available lol. I appreciate the attempt to accommodate the inconvenience of my initial order, I understand stores have policies but I really wish I hadn’t wasted my gas going here.

Terrible service... I was having dinner with my family in the play area and the person in charge of cleaning went through the garbage container at the entrance and started removing all the chairs and it was barely 7:00 PM and in my opinion it was disrespectful, I have always gone to that place with my children but I will never go back and so that you do not go through the same thing I recommend not going.

The LAKE JUNE LOCATIONS SUCKS ! They Ice machine is never working, they never give the sauces even though they ask, the sausage biscuit is dry, the morning rush is slow, the coffee is overpriced. The chicken nuggets are dry the floor stays dirty on the inside and the waiting time sucks. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 mins for a 3 piece cookie or a kids meals.

Rude staff.. i used my reward for a free 6 piece & the guy on the mic never told me it didn’t work? pulled up to the window & got charged for it. i tried to refund it that way i can use my coupon, but the manager stepped in all rude and just said “pull up the next window” with an attitude. we went to the next window & she just kept repeating my order after we said yes to her twice. she didn’t even try to fix our problem, mind you we were never rude to her. never coming back to this mcdonald’s, i know $3 is not a big deal but as a broke college student, im trying to save as much as i can and no one told me my coupon didn’t work.. kindly told them my issue and was just given an attitude. don’t come to this location lol.

I ordered DoorDash order at home for lunch and my order was not complete. My medium sprite was filled half way 😤. My receipt on my bag shows everything I ordered, but they didn’t put it in my bag. I went back when I got off work and received my order with no problem

Waited 15 minutes for 3 cookies & they gave me this. They told me to pull up to wait for the cookies & after 15 min I go inside because I thought they forgot about it & then they hand me the cookies immediately. They barely said a word to me. I would’ve been fine waiting but they just don’t have any customer service whatsoever, so had no idea what was taking so long.
