When my husband and I went, everything was mostly clean including the bathroom & tables and the Manager (older African American woman ) was very caring, down to Earth, sweet, cool and made sure that everyone was doing well. The Cashier was also very friendly & cordial. Patrons going in and out were quickly served and I saw no problems and that was my first time at this particular location. We ordered the Big Breakfast and caramel frappes. We enjoyed. God bless
When the employee took my order I felt rushed and they kept interrupting me as I order. I wanted certain items out my meal and they kept rushing asking anything else when I wasn't done talking. When the order was ready the called my number once and walk away without assuring that it was my order.
Idk what’s been going on as of late but they are giving out hash brown soaked in grease. You can tell it’s not being drained because my entire brown bag ripped because the bag was soggy from grease. Do better!
