Food is always the same, great that is. But service always is different each time we stop here. Sometimes they stop breakfast right at 10, sometimes they have it to 12. You never know.

Ordered 5 Value meals. Only received 4 drinks, & 4 fries. No S&S for my nugget meal. Also ordered a basket of fries and two caramel sundae's with extra caramel. TELL ME WHY did they send out TWO SMALL CARAMEL FRAPPES?!?!?! Like? Could've easily communicated the ice cream machine being down with the dasher upon their arrival. It's been done before. Terrible location for my first time. Won't be a repeat customer

We got there and it was half a hour wait people were driving off we were stuck there because i had a mobile order and didn’t want to cancel and wait like a week for a refund. The food could have at least been fresh we got the oldest nuggets they are soggy and cold and cold. Save ur money and don’t come here.

I’ve never eaten inside the restaurant itself, but this is the ONLY McDonalds that ALWAYS has a working ice cream machine. There’s a McDonalds closer to my house, but I always drive to this one because I know they won’t disappoint me with the, “Oh, OuR iCe CrEaM mAcHiNe Is BrOkEn” lie; I know yall just don’t wanna clean it but don’t want to. This is the GOAT McDonalds just for that; my frappe is always here when I need it. Thank you

After reading some reviews about customer service I found it's true: I was standing at the front while a supervisor trained a new cashier, and she left me waiting without saying a word. Even at the self-checkout, no one apologized, and I saw her serve another customer immediately. Staff should serve everyone without judging how they look

0 stars. If you're gonna be racist there are consequences. How dare you be spiteful and pretend to clean and mop the bathrooms deny access to customers yet let other people in but not the Hispanics being Hispanic yourself. Rude and honestly very disgusting behavior. This happened around 1 pm on 12/5/2025. And to the other workers witnessing the disgusting behavior from your coworker shame on yall for not calling her out on her obvious racist behavior. I'd steer clear of this location.

Caution!!! Server for app deals not connected to the restaurants on Thanksgiving, possibly other holidays. I have been to several today on Thanksgiving and all POS units display NO SERVER CONNECTION when trying to redeem deals. Avoid this chain on holidays if you want to use deals.
They charged me for the wrong order and I politely asked to charge me correctly but the drive thru clerk was rude and back talked me after I said I didn’t understand and gave me attitude and told me to just get my food

Very rude and they forget to put the sauces u asked for and when you go back to complain they charge u for the ranch instead of teying to make things better.😡
