They dont put condiments that you pay for in the to go bags for online orders. Terrible service. Also they dont provide the correct beverage. Worst experience ever. Never again.

This is the perfect place if you want to be 30 minutes late for work and wait for one month griddle and one large iced caramel macchiato which you ordered ahead online and when you picked it up it still wasn’t ready and they still took 20 minutes to make a drink so definitely do not recommend unless you want to be 30 minutes late for work when you order ahead of time and they made the drink disgusting so come here if you wanna be disappointed for sure come find out for yourself 👌

I order a MEDIUM ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATO and a large regular iced coffee Tell me why they gave me a SMALL iced Caramel macchiato that didn’t have a single shade of brown that indicate that has a shot of coffee.
The “caramel macchiato” is literally just straight up sugar / cream and milk with a pump of caramel as shown in the bottom of the cup.
I took a picture to show the difference of how the coffee should look like.
On the menu it shows that the coffee should be seen on the top and milk on the bottom.
Tell me why the lady at the drive thru lane still had the audacity to tell me that is not a Caramel frappe and that this is the macchiato like girl I know what a caramel macchiato looks like.
Also I did not gave my drink back in order for her to do it again, since I had a gut feeling that they would purposely spit on my drink (based on her attitude and trying to gaslight me) so I took it home and threw it away.
Also this is not the first time that happen but TODAY WAS MY LAST STRAW for trying to tell me this was my coffee, when is not even a shade of brown at the top nor at the bottom of the cup.

I'm so sorry to say this, but it's the truth: it's awful. No one served me or took my order. I asked several times, and they said they were busy. The whole time I saw them hugging, playing, and standing around. You can check the cameras and see I'm not lying. This was Saturday, July 26, 2025. Why do they need so many people if they're not going to serve you? 😔

The cashier was slow at speaking as if he was high on something the young kid playing manager got all my orders wrong mind you i repeated the orders 2x not only that to add onions on a mcchicken is crazy and the fried thrown in the bag is ridiculous

What would give this place 4 or 5 stars is the interaction with the customers. When you walk into an establishment, you suppose to not just speak, but engage. Don't be so robotic. It has gotten worse than it has been.
