I’m giving 3 stars because I had a mixed experience coming here, everything went pretty smoothly until I got to the window and got my food, my drink was missing and when I told the lady she said I didn’t order one that I was not there, I had to show my receipt for them to believe it, (you should have a screen with the full order in front of you) and then apparently nobody in the store knew how to make a hot chocolate, she asked her manager and the manager didn’t know either,...

Recently renovated, but then changed business hours to close earlier at night (previously open 24 hrs). The staff doesn't seem very happy or well trained in customer service. Every time I come here they get my order wrong or I have items missing that I paid for.
