Racist employee - Mexicans jumping the line get served with priority, when it gets called out her response “no English”

Manager was not happy with it happening but did not seem surprised - seems to be common practice for this staff member

Absolutely awful for this level of racism to be occurring

Why do we have to pull forward and park to get “fast food?!” Horrible. The employees get paid well now and their attitude is horrible. McDonald’s is going downhill fast and needs to practice better customer service. Things just aren’t the way they used to be and they no longer live up the mission and vision their founders had. Sad…

Says it’s open until 10 o’clock, had the shutters halfway down and closed 15 minutes early. Not helpful for delayed travelers. You suck!

Ordered a steak egg and cheese combo by accident, asked the csr to change it to a sausage egg and cheese combo. Got rang up as individual items and talked to management who refused to acknowledge what I was explaining. Thx for ripping me off a whole dollar guys, you earned it.

Half the menu was not available . Service was average at best . Ordered a cheeseburger combo and the first time in my life I received a burger with no meat in it. I can't make this up.

There's few things to get wrong with a food order. Example: ordering the cheeseburger meal and asking for them "to be plain" does not mean I want a hamburger with everything. A plain cheeseburger usually means I only want the cheese. Somehow they got that wrong on both accounts. Absolutely no clue how that got messed up when the word that came out of my mouth were, "I'd like the cheeseburger meal... And if those can be plain that'd be perfect."

To add more when I ask for coke products and then say, "yeah a plain coke would be fine." Does not mean a diet coke would be perfect.

So am I gonna take the food back? No, cause at the end of the day it's not "bad" food, just isn't how I'd like it. Also if it wasn't an airport where we're all super busy I may have time to go back and complain. At the end of the day, it's McDonald's. But if you want to get an order right go somewhere else.
