I go to McDonald’s daily and NEVER get hot fries. Wait forever in line and even get to the window and they can’t even make the frappe that I have already paid for. Hand me cold fries. And my burgers are often thrown in the bag and half unwrapped. Very very dissatisfied customer. Pikeville ky store number 6292

I don't know how many F bombs your employees find acceptable but 4 is too many. Three cars and you cant keep your orders straight. Then you swear at us with kids in the car? Chick-fil-A would never!!!

$6.00 for fish filet sandwich. $8.00 for a quarter pounder that's crazy for their sub-standard food. They are no longer a viable food vendor

I got the 2B with a coke. Service was friendly and food came out hot and fast. Just your standard McDonald’s.

Now if you are ordering an open face quarter pounder or a filet o fish in Big Mac bun (an actual order), then expect a screw up.

Service was fine, the overall store seemed well organized. But ..., and there's always a but. Something was definitely wrong with the food. In all my years eating the sausage McMuffin, I've never had the food taste bitter. Upon deconstruction of the sandwich, I figured out the sausage was bad. Bitter, a little rancid taste. Of course I immediately stopped eating but no recourse here at an airport location. Only thing I can do is contribution my experience so others know about this place and what happened.

McDonalds Sofija, katastrofa iskustvo, vraćali smo se sa odmora namenski otišli sa decom, nisu hteli da nam naplate porudžbinu u evrima, 50e. Obišli smo u krugu nekoliko prodavnice, pumpe, niko nije želeo da nam zameni 50e, kada smo se ponovo vratili da pitamo da li slučajno neko od ranika može da nam zameni 50e to je oko 97 leva, menadžer je izašao i kao ne može niko da nam izađe u susret. Katastrofa poslovanje. Bugarska je u EU, zašto ne može da se plati u evrima, ne razumem sistem poslovanja, cene su im bukvalno na reklami za mek u evrima. Ocena jedna velika NULA 0.

I have never experienced customer service so bad before. I came to read the reviews because I am still in shock. I thought I was being punked. I'm really not one to complain, but the women working the cashier stations today were the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. My order was messed up 3 times and I think it was because of a language barrier as they only spoke Spanish, which is totally fine. Mistakes happen and it's tough to deal with a language barrier. However, the attitude from these women was something from an SNL skit. Completely disinterested and seemingly irritated about having to do anything. Absolutely abhorrent behavior.

They actually close at 9 PM, not 10, driving a ton of food sales to the PIzza Kitchen right next door. The PIzza Kitchen is between the McDonald’s and the Panera Bread, which also closes at 9–even though their listed closing time is 10 PM.
Terminal A in DFW airport is a tough place to be hungry at 9 PM.

Racist employee - Mexicans jumping the line get served with priority, when it gets called out her response “no English”

Manager was not happy with it happening but did not seem surprised - seems to be common practice for this staff member

Absolutely awful for this level of racism to be occurring
