Why do we have to pull forward and park to get “fast food?!” Horrible. The employees get paid well now and their attitude is horrible. McDonald’s is going downhill fast and needs to practice better customer service. Things just aren’t the way they used to be and they no longer live up the mission and vision their founders had. Sad…
McDonald's near A15 had it going on! One guy manning two cash registers, an orderly ordering queue and pumping out delicious Bacon Egg and Cheese goodness! And regular prices! Thank you!!
This is really a review for the McDonald's at gate A17 in the DFW Airport and not the one at gate A25. Santos was so friendly especially after I had a long day of travel. He was super friendly near closing time and all of our food was prepared exactly as ordered and served hot. It was great. Thank you for your kindness.
