They had great service was real polite, but our food wasn’t too bad. It just the steak was very rubber chewy you have to cut it in small pieces just to eat it. It taste more like the fat part of the steak.

Mesero at Inwood Village has become one of our favorite. restaurants in Dallas. This time I tried the Chili Colorado and it was phenomenal. Pork was tender and the sauce was excellent. The wife loved her Redfish. As usual, the Meserita margaritas are the best!

The ceviche here is always top-notch. So fresh and delicious. Great lunch spot and fast service. Love bringing clients here for lunches, great casual dining with upscale feel. The chips and salsa trio they bring to your table is a great assortment of salsas that curb your hunger until your main dishes arrive. Always fantastic service.

I’m not one to regularly brandish the race card, but after my mom shared her negative experience with me about a server at this location, I felt incensed and decided to write a review on her behalf. I’m quite disappointed about it because I love Mesero’s food!But if you’re an Asian woman, watch out because you’ll experience a pitiful level of hospitality that would be immediate grounds for termination at any Chick-fil-A.About a month ago, my mom dined in with two friends, both of whom were non-Asians. The server treated the friends with a normal level of respect, but when my mom placed her order, his demeanor changed from friendly to hostile— even my mom’s friends noticed the difference in treatment. When she’d ask for more water, he would hardly acknowledge her and begrudgingly complete the task as if it was completely out of the scope of his role.My mother and one friend ordered salad with chicken. When the food came out, the friend objectively had more chicken in her salad. When my mom flagged the waiter and kindly pointed out the difference in quantity, asking for a little more chicken, he looked upset and reluctantly complied with this simple task. The chicken was already an extra cost, but when the bill came, the waiter charged my mom an additional upcharge for the extra extra chicken.As someone who has worked in the service industry, I understand how miserable it can be to deal with the whims and demands of obnoxious patrons. My mom is a low-maintenance diner and always treats waitstaff with kindness and respect. She was made to feel less than by this particular Mesero server and I have reason to believe it was due to her Korean ethnicity. I would expect better service from a restaurant of this caliber.

Usually, we love Mesero. We usually sit at the bar where service is fast and efficient. This past Sunday, we took a group of 6 of us for brunch; all of us regulars and very familiar with the menu. However, two of our orders were straight up wrong and the service was just "ok." We are used to better from Mesero. We'll certainly be back and we're just chalking this up to a bad day!

Another evening here. The ceviche was a great appetizer. My Old Fashioned cocktail was great. My Ribeye steak dinner was not what I thought it was going to be. there was a fair amount of fat, I also did not like the cooked cherry tomatoes. The sides just did not seem the right fit. The server was excellent. Will not order the ribeye steak ever again. My fried had the Ahi Ahi and it was great.
I always enjoy visiting Mesero! The food is really good! I love the 3 different dips they give you with your chips. The service is always excellent, from the greeter, to the servers! The speed at which you receive your food is always fast, and portions are good too. I don't have a negative word about any Mesero location I've visited!

Setting proper expectations is something this restaurant utterly fails at. If they tell you an hour wait, it's going to be way longer. We had a 7:45 reservation and they seated us at 8:15. Thirty minutes late. It makes me wonder why they even have reservations. And you may be thinking, 30 minutes, no big deal, but when people with later reservations come up after and get seated before you, it leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. I'm sure this restaurant is going to reply at this and apologize and they say they are correcting this, but we all know that doesn't mean anything. I would not recommend coming back. We were better off hitting up the taco cabana. 0 stars.

Food was good, but I'd liken it to Mi Cocina. If you're looking for authentic, super flavorful Mexican food, I would look elsewhere. The drinks were great! I loved my frozen mango margarita! The staff was friendly, attentive, and prompt. The restaurant is very loud so be ready for that haha. Otherwise, it's a fun vibe.

Food was good....had tortilla soup, chicken fajitas and shrimp fajitas. No margaritas but want to try theirs. Hostess desk all 3 of the girls rude. Waitress nice enough...they were busy that night and made reservations while ago. The hostess couldn't find us and was like sorry. I said seriously and showed her my texts and emails. Very noisy in restaurant and were seated by bar and even noisier. Salsa good but would prefer larger bowls to dip it up and hubby couldn't believe how small the chip bowl was, but tasted good.
