Came here to use a Groupon but they did not accept it, telling me they’ve tried to cancel it through Groupon and I should contact them for a refund. On a customer service standpoint, that’s bad practice. I regret coming here as this place is not worth the visit when there are so many better options in the area. Their “new” menu is not updated on their website. Very basic bar food and server lacked professionalism.

Drinks and bartender were good. Prices on menu are not accurate, we were overcharged for drinks. Food was horrible. Pretzel tasted and looked like it came from a tube of frozen biscuit mix. Will not be coming back
The best French dip I have had in Dallas. BY FAR. Highly suggest treating yourself to one. Stop wasting time and get yourself here ASAP. 10/10

honest to god skip this bar. awful service and bad drinks all for a $12 vodka cranberry. i’ve never wished bad on a small business until i stumbled into this location. the bartender was wasted, and ignoring my friends and i at the bar, too busy flirting and taking shots with someone else at the bar. Owner saw us with empty drinks, cards out, ready to go and when she told the bartender(white giro with long dirty blonde hair) to check on us she goes “they’re fine” without even turning to check on us. appalling behavior considering there were maybe 6 people the entire time during a saturday night.

could have forgiven the bartender for flirting the entire night and ignoring us at the bar. however when a staff member noticed our empty drinks, handbags in hand, and cards out, the bar tender told her we were fine and continued to ignore us. i would rather drink gasoline with Mitt Romney and John McCain than visit this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place, if you see a dirty blonde with bad eyebrows bartending.

I recently visited this hole in the wall and i will honestly say this is THE WORST bar experience i’ve ever had !! the owner (who was clearly VERY drunk) tried arguing with me about something that had nothing to do with me. OH, and let me not even get started on the filthy bathroom. i do not recommend. 1/10 they bartenders were fine, that’s why this place gets at least one star.
