The coffee is rich with nuanced flavors and the patties are delicious. Plus, the venue makes for a wonderful space for meeting with people and/or working, and the team that mans the coffee shop is lovely to chit chat with. I’m grateful to this establishment for providing a quiet community space in Dallas!
I got a hot pecan latte with reg milk! It was reallly tasty and smooth. I definitely want to try more and the hojicha latte!!
They have lots of seating, plugs, and accesible restrooms! I can’t believe I barely found this place, I enjoyed studying there and looking at the wall art around.

Great atmosphere and even better coffee with a great selection of syrups. The breakfast burritos would be great if they were made fresh, sadly they are pre-made and reheated, which gave the eggs a rubbery taste. I'd go back for the coffee 1000x... Prices for lattes are great too
