I found this place from TikTok and I’m so glad i came. I was in town visiting and wanted to do a nice dinner and this place met all of my expectations! Iman was my beautiful and amazing server, she was so kind and made my time here a good one as well. The food was great and the view from my table was amazing. And i loved the glass of champagne from Branden before coming to the actual restaurant. I will for sure be back when I’m in town!!
We had a reservation and arrived on time, but upon entering we found a large crowd waiting and still had to wait almost 30 minutes for our table despite booking in advance. Our server was polite but nothing more. From the moment we sat down, it felt as though he was just waiting for us to leave. For starters, we ordered carpaccio, crudo, and a Caesar salad – all of which were very tasty. However, for the main course we ordered a ribeye and vodka sauce pasta, and were very disappointed....
Monarch is one of the best restaurants in Dallas and continues to exceed expectations. We had the summer tasting menu and wine pairing. The six course meal was exceptionally well prepared, flawlessly presented and remarkably tasteful. The service was great as always. The wine was very well curated and paired perfectly with the dinner.
