Monterrey Mexican Restaurant

I ordered the parilla (fajitas, chicken, shrimp) and it was very disappointing. Ive seen this place on tik tok and decided to come with my wife and did not live to the hype.

Fajitas and chicken were very bland and not tender. No seasoning or flavor.

Only thing i enjoyed was my horchata.

Will not come back.

I came here with my mom after she saw their food in an Instagram reel. The exterior of the building was very worn down, but the interior was well decorated so we decided to give it a shot. The plates were very dirty and the salsa was watery. I had the chicken flautas, and the tortilla shell they were wrapped in tasted like old oil. The rice and beans were flavorless. I would not recommend this place based on the food, there are many other Mexican restaurants in the area worth going to.

My wife wanted to visit after watching a reel. Looks like a dump from the outside but I never judge a book by it's cover. Service was friendly and fast but that's where the good ended. Plates were very dirty, tortillas are not homemade, and someone needs to change the oil they use in the kitchen because everything tasted like old stale grease! I would only recommend this place if you want an expensive stomach ache. 🫩

Food is good, service sucks.
The waiters pass by so quick none cared enough to ask if we needed something when I clearly was looking for our server.
This place has live music.
Not a great restaurant to have conversations at the table.
Anyways service sucks.

The prices are perfect you wont regret it i came all the way from forth worth my experience was amazing the owner is awesome he knows whats he is doing everyone plz come try this place out you wont regret it only one location in town you want to know the real Mexican food from Mexico this is the place VIVA MEXICO 🇲🇽🇲🇽

My wife and I visited Monterrey Mexican Food for the first time, and we were truly impressed. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed, and the friendly service continued throughout our visit. Andres was our server and he did amazing.
The food was excellent. Everything we ordered was full of rich, delicious flavor. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve.
Overall, we had a great experience and left very satisfied. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Went with my boyfriend, service was great everyone was very nice, food was not that good, ordered some tacos and the meat was very chewy and the salsas were very watered down but the Valentina was so thick it didn’t want to come out of the bottle, the tapatio didn’t even look like the color it is, and the pricing of the food is off, only by a dollar or around 50 cents from each item. And the ceviche tasted bittersweet not spicy like other restaurants wouldn’t recommend that being something to get if you like it spicy. Overall everything else was good the place looks kinda like a kids bedroom and nice place to take pictures.

Friend invited me out to eat here ordered the Trío enchiladas . They where delicious. Never Enjoyed a plate of enchiladas so much in my life. Friend ordered the parillada for 1 and when I tell that plate was full of meat. Overall food was full of flavor and we left our plates clean . Service was great waitress constantly checked and see if we needed anything. And the atmosphere was calm and inviting with hispanic music playing g in the background. They have a nice area for pictures. If your looking for a great meal this is definetly the place.

Margaritas are absolutely horrible taste like straight mix! I gave it back to him asked him to make it taste better he brings me back the same exact drink. Food temps are so not the same on the whole plate beans and rice different to the taste . This place isn't as good as it use to be. Also they need another credit card system or something Everytime I go they say my card is declined. I have no problem any other establishment. She acted like I was bothering her when I was trying to pay tab cuz she was busy trying to eat right there at the front table when u walk in .
