First time here! Went for a night out with my homegirls. Bought a section needed more cups and they tried to charge $26 for 7 cups. Server said cups $3. They the cheap little grey cups from dollar tree , hell a pack is $5 so thts crazy how much they taxing for a couple.
You canât even bring outside drinks but itâs BYOB so u can ONLY bring liquor not sprite or nun.
They charge for every little thing. Itâs BYOB which we didnât mind, just the fact that it was very dead atmosphere even when after hours started it was still dead. Hookah was great!
Food was AMAZING! But again, we got the section in advance and was never told it was 6 to a section and we had a party of 10. If this was known up front we wouldâve went elsewhere. We ended up paying for the extra 4 people separate the lady who gave this wrist bands had a lul attitude poor customer service. Then when we got to the section thts when they tried to charge us for the extra cups when if we already paid for those 4 people they cups shouldâve been free as well.
Whoever management is needs to work out a better business plan and train employees to have a more inviting work atmosphere.
Our server was cool she was just doing her job but wasnât really inviting either she did have great customer service on checking up on us wise.
DJ NEEDED WORK . Didnât even let a full song play before changing it and the fact that he was playing DDG!? The little mermaid bd music was the icing on the cake for me lmfaoo.

Service was not even 1 star it was 0, had to chase down the server like we specifically paid for a section, did not get ice, cups, or attention from the server/bottle girl. We had to complain to another worker about our lack of service or should I say not being serviced to have a server/bottle girl to come girl to come to us and then had to do it again to remind them we ordered things from them. The way to book a table/section is all over the place also expect to spend way too much money Iâve never received a service from an after hours âloungeâ so bad.

There was a hosted event which was fun. I like that itâs BYOB. The menu is standard for a lounge. The service was horrible. Waitress forgot our drink order and it took nearly an hour to receive our order. The oxtail beef patties are really good but it contained bones. The jerk burger had a good spice blend.

Stopped by with a friend visiting from out of town. She saw it on social media and thought there would be a DJ from 1-6. The waitress didn't know why there wasn't
So.. Me and my best friend went to try this place out. .. we both ordered 2 oxtail pastas and 2 patties .. I asked about the red snapper, she said she had to check if they had it. I told her if red snapper was available, I would take that. .. the total was $61 and some change so I gave her $100 she gave me my change, I tipped her $20 because thatâs what I usually do where ever Iâm at. My friend recommended that I not do that because I didnât know if she was providing good service. He was right..

Went there on a late lunch date with my husband. Initially going in, my spider senses went off. There was no one there. 1:30p.m. we walked to the bar because all the tables were reserved. The cashier then told us that was for later. Ok. We stayed at the bar. We ordered. I ordered the wings and fries. 8pcs. I asked to verify if they were whole wings or wing dings. She said whole wings. I even went further to insure she understood the difference. She said whole wings. No, 4 wings into a drummettes and the flats with tip attached. My husband ordered the oxtail pasta. Neither of our meals were to my satisfaction. The wings were as if they were leftover from a day or two before, dry , hard and dredged in sauce. The oxtail pasta, same. Leftover oxtails not moist at all. I was seriously disappointed after realizing this was supposed to be a Caribbean spot. The menu, minimal. The flavors of our meals, flavor-lite. The atmosphere, bland. The only pleasing item was the clean bathroom. Shame shame shame. We will Not return. If you decide to go, do not pay in cash. A patron ordered to go and payed in cash which required change only to be told we don't give change but only in paper. Her change was .92. She was not told this upfront and she was upset.

The atmosphere was nice but the food was not good. It took 30 minutes for a waffle and chicken and we were the only table in the building! 30 mins for brunch is crazy! Ordered a blueberry waffle they told me they didnât have any blueberry even though I paid $2 up charge. For the difference I asked for some eggs instead. Eggs came out notice a piece of hair and toast that wasnât toasted. Table was never busted. Informed the owner he did make it up by replacing my dish and cooking it personally. The atmosphere and music is nice, if they can work on the food and tighten up on the service it would make it a much nicer experience.

My 1st expression of the place was awesome and unique. The food was very good and well seasoned. It really felt like I was home cause some places you go food doesn't have true Caribbean taste. The owner was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. I appreciate the service and will definitely come back.
