I told her if red snapper was available, I would take that. .. the total was $61 and some change so I gave her $100 she gave me my change, I tipped her $20 because that’s what I usually do where ever I’m at. My friend recommended that I not do that because I didn’t know if she was providing good service. He was right..

She changed $38 for the red snapper . well my friend got his pasta so he was going to wait till I got my food.. I told him to go ahead and eat because after 5 minutes passed , then 10 minutes passedI

I went to crave haven last night to get oxtail pasta, they didn’t have any so I instead ordered shrimp pasta + a house salad. Per their menu, that should’ve been only $26+ tax (approximately $28). I left no tip as it was a to-go order but woke up this morning to a charge for $33.45. I have called the store 3 times and messaged them through Facebook messenger and have gotten no response or answer. Even if I had ordered the oxtail pasta, per their menu, my charge should not equal $33 and I need answers.
Not only that, my “shrimp pasta” only came with 5 shrimp. I wasted 47 minutes of driving + 30 minutes waiting on my order. (Not to mention the 45 minute drive home 😒). The food was good but not worth the time, gas or the scam. Would not recommend. And I won’t be returning.
UPDATE : I was able to speak with Mr. Jermaine and get my issue resolved. He was extremely understanding and helpful with my explanation of the additional charge. He explained what happened and refunded me my additional charge immediately. Very good communication AND PROOF in less than 24 hours.
I now give 4 stars, as the food and service were good however i still think 5 shrimp for the money I paid is a bit underwhelming. Otherwise, the flavors are great and I can accept the wait time given that everything is made to order. I ate my salad for lunch and it was great and I still have pasta left over at this moment

They didn’t have half of The stuff in their videos! Customer service 👎🏾 no kind of bread came with my pasta…all videos I’ve seen the pasta had peppers onions etc NOPE mines had noodles, sauce, and oxtails! my partner had shrimp and grits the menu and all videos I've seen said it also had sausage.... NOPE not one in sight and was told they had no kind of sugar in the entire restaurant for the grits!!🤣🤣🤣 I love supporting and trying new places but this was definitely a no for us! $100+ dollars wasted I really wish people served everyday people the same dishes they make for content videos and food critics/ food bloggers!! But

Ok customer service. The jerk pasta was really good. But the waffles was horrible I guess they make own batter and it wasnt tasty at all horrible. Music was good. Only had a group of 4 each of our food came out at different times! Ohh and if you want a cup of ice they literally charge each person $5 for a small clear cup of ice. It was ok for the experience but definitely won’t be back.Make sure to check your receipt and read other reviews.

The table was sticky and dirty to start with. The eating utensils were dirty and on top of that I had a long strand of hair in my food that I had to pull out of my mouth. When I told the manager they took the plate and instead of them bringing me a new Play-Doh food they brought me back the same plate of food like I wouldn't even notice the bite that I took out of the chicken that put the hair in my mouth. And when we complained again they had an attitude like we were bothering them even though they were sitting around smoking hookah and relaxing at the bar. I will never go back there again nor will I recommend it to anyone to ever try it.
