I get that Covid has changed the way you operate, but I stood at the counter for 8 mins, even called twice to get someone's attention, and get someone to the front to take my order. I left with no service, but not before I peeked into the back and saw the employee chilling and watching videos on her phone. Thats fine and all.. I get it... its slow... but have a bell at the front at least if you aren't going to peek and see if you have any customers.... took 3 phone calls to even get an answer and when I told employee about this, she could care less, no apology was given, and sounded like I had interrupted her viewing experience. Now I could have shouted for assistance, but if she acted like this over the phone... what kind of service would I have gotten if she were to make my food after I had disturbed her so rudely with a shout. Would be zero stars if possible.

Really good food and friendly staff
Visited a location for after school snacks with my 6 year old. He had to use the bathroom and they refused to let us use the bathroom or unlock the door until we purchased something. He’s freaking six years old he shouldn’t have to hold it while your credit card machine is processing over chips and a Gatorade. Never ever ever again will I visit any of their establishments I will tell every single parent I know not to either. This is so disrespectful. We’re not homeless people begging for anything. We walked in with money she heard me tell my son that we would purchase his snacks after we went to the bathroom. The owner was sitting right there at the table condoning it Or oblivious to it. Either way they don’t deserve to be in business if they treat people like this
Not good, but not bad food. I would definitely say any other Deli in the area is more affordable and better quality. Since they feel the need to also charge for condiments, my team and I go across the street to the Stone Tower Deli. Good food, great service, and affordable.
Staff is friendly. They've improved overtime and prices are justifiable on account of their location. Not an overall bad option when time and convenience are factors.
Way too expensive for bland food. They charge you .50 for sides that are worth .50 at the grocery store when bought yourself. The salad I ate was subpar and very expensive. The staff isn't friendly or helpful.

Rude, unorganized, and way over-priced for not great food.
