This used to be one of our favorite go-to places for dinner; however, yesterday evening‘s experience was different and not in a good way. I brought my daughter, niece, and nephew to have dinner. When we were sat, it was evident the server was not happy that we were a table of teenagers. He was very abrupt and hurried as he took our order; to the point that he did not ask what sides we wanted with our meals. He just assumed, mistakenly, we all wanted fries. I was in the middle of asking my nephew whether he wanted fries or cole slaw with his sandwich but the server was already walking away. Since it was obvious they were extremely busy, I decided to let that go. The kitchen was slow and we sat for quite some time between our appetizer and the main course. The GM as well as our server did come by our table to apologize for the delay. They did try to make up for it at the end of the meal by offering us a complimentary dessert which we declined. The food was good but the flank steak was nowhere as good as the prime delmonico, which is no longer available on the menu. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. 

We had dinner tonight at Neighborhood Services and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Our server, Clayton, was absolutely incredible. He struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal. Our drinks were never empty, often refilled before we even thought to ask, which says a lot about his awareness and professionalism.

We started with the onion dip, which was so good we finished the chips almost immediately. The staff kindly brought us more without hesitation. The deviled eggs were excellent, and our kids especially enjoyed them, which is always a win when dining as a family. I ordered the ribs and they were outstanding, incredibly tender and truly fell off the bone. The French fries were also excellent. My son ordered the salmon and it was cooked perfectly and very flavorful.

One detail that really stood out was how clean the restrooms were. It is a small thing that speaks volumes about the care and standards of the entire operation. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming.

Huge kudos again to Clayton and the entire team. We will absolutely be coming back and look forward to our next visit.

Carlis, our server, was gracious. The food was amazing. I'm glad you have the Vesper drink in the menu.

I know it's not a “changeable” item, but it is difficult to locate when first attending. The signage blends in completely w/the signing especially after dusk. Otherwise, good was terrific & service was grand.

Great experience! Ashley was an absolute pleasure! Great service and such bubbly personality! Also thanks to the manager, Mike, for the chat. Love the vibe of this location and the quality of food.

We had a great NYE dinner w friends! David took great care of us. We shared apps - hamachi crudo & the ceviche special. Then we had the wedge salad, the raw salad & ribs. All were excellent! We ended w the pot de crème and chocolate dessert. Fantastic evening!!

Love Neighborhood Service in Addison. It's not pretentious. The service is excellent by every standard. Food is wonderful. My husband loves the chicken pot pie and I'm addicted to the raw bar chop salad. Drinks are well made with a wide choice of liquors available.

Neighborhood Services is always rock solid on service and food. Prices are decent, so value is also good. Overall, just a really good place with some tasty, creative food options.

Love this place and always look forward to coming back! Food, drinks, service and overall vibes are great. While it is noisy, you can still have a comfortable conversation without having to shout across the table. Hard of hearing individuals may find it beneficial to bring their remote microphone to sit on the table or give to their dinner companion. 10/10!

Went twice just in last two weeks. Mike and his staff did a wonderful job. The food here is VERY good and very consistent. Went on prime rib night and it did not disappoint. The pimento and guac as well as deviled eggs were outstanding. Wife's filet was cooked perfectly rare plus. Service was great.

Great place for a work lunch. It's nice and quiet so you can hear each other and talk. The staff is also accommodating for these types of lunches.

Try the asparagus appetizer. The salmon was stellar. The Carmel creme de pot was superb but would have been better with the Carmel popcorn which they were out.
