I come to Niwa weekly and there's a reason I always keep coming back! Joe, Steven, Alex and Angel are always wonderful and pay close attention to my allergies. Alright, best restaurant in DALLAS. I came from Cali and WOW! Never been somewhere so bomb. Alex (Alejandro) took care of us, made bomb recommendation, and even cooked for us and gave us a surprise dish. The employees care about making your experience memorable. Julia at the front is nice and friendly. Next time I come to Dallas I need to come here for sure. Bomb food, bomb drinks!!!

The food at Niwa Dallas was good, but the service needs work. Halfway through dinner, we were ignored for 20 minutes, and the staff stopped taking more orders. We were also charged for Fiji water we didn’t order, though they removed it after we noticed. The service issues took away from the experience.
