First off it smells like heaven when you walk through the doors. Then you’re greeted by the kindest staff. I’m here weekly picking up Bundt cakes for clients and Melanie and Jackie go out of their way to make me feel welcomed. They are both so helpful and creative on how to package the Bundt cakes. Will absolutely recommend to friend and family.

I ordered "1" small cake and "12" cupcakes. I was charged for them to write Happy Birthday and sprinkles. My understanding the sprinkles were to be around the sides. The sprinkles were just around the HB and few at best. I asked for extra to be put on top since there were none around the sides. I have purchased before and the cakes were moist and delicious. "Something has happened!" The cake and cupcakes were either old or they have changed their recipe. The icing was delicious but the cake was dry and crumbly!We and especially I were disappointed! The young lady whom helped me was extremely helpful, polite and cheerful.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is one of my favorite bakery's in the world. I have had it for my birthday 3 years in a row each time a great experience. The employees are very friendly and are very good at plating the cake. It is a very convenient and local. It is a very great place and is always clean and nice looking. The creme-cheese frosting is very delicious and the cake is soft and moist. The bundtinis are definitely worth trying too because they have just enough frosting on each bite! Overall one of the best Bakery's in Dallas!

I'm a former worker at NBC in Las Vegas. It's been years and years since Ive had these amazing cakes. I live abroad. I was on a business trip and we took a Lyft special to grab bundlets. I'm sorry but it wasn't the same as I remember it to be. It didn't wow me at all! The frosting was pretty bland like plain tasting. The bundlets lacked in flavor. I got an assorted dozen bundtlets and I was disappointed after bragging. I know this is a franchise so maybe that's the reason why these cakes aren't up to par as I remember it to be. I'm sorry but these cakes did not do it!I wasted $55.00 and my Lyft rides to get there. My coworker asked for a spoon or fork so we could eat "outside" while waiting for a Lyft ride and they told her 'NO, THAT WOULD BE LIKE THIS A RESTAURANT" There's your 1 star.

Love the Bundt cakes but customer service is severely lacking.I got a birthday coupon for a free bundtlet and it had expired only a few days ago . After spending 100$ on Bundt cakes for my husbands office and previously spending over 100$ on my daughters bridal shower , they wouldn’t honor the gift card. That’s pretty cheap in my opinion. It’s the little things that count .
