The food is the main star of the restaurant. Had the ramen and a bowl of pork chashu. The ramen was rich and smoothing, the noodle was perfectly al dente, and had a nice level of spice. The chashu bowl had lots of meat to rice portion. The only slight issue was needing for sauce but you can probably ask for it. With the left over I combined the leftover pork chashu bowl and ramen broth and made a great meal similar to a risotto style. The atmosphere is nice to eat on a good day...
I’ve been coming here since they’ve open a few years back and always provide great customer service . They make sure your turn care of . Everytime I order over the phone to have ready for my lunch the guy makes sure I’m satisfied with my order . Best Ramen I’ve tasted and I highly recommend the Tex one 😉
It was my first time having Ramen and they did not disappoint! Flavors were good, nice portion, and broth on point. I got mild and it was still spicy, so no spice for me next time. 10/10!
