Mother's Day Brunch at Open Palette was outstanding and we will happily return year after year for such a wonderful, delicious, and thoughtful experience! Beautiful setting in the atrium. Menu was absolutely perfect including some great juices and so many exceptional options. Really could not have done better. Carving station, various seafood, omelet, salads, charcuterie and more. The make your Mom a card and flower bouquet was just too sweet!

I never imagined a cheeseburger could taste this amazing! I had a lunch meeting with my team, and the service was outstanding—our server was so attentive and really made sure we had everything we needed. My coworker ordered the steak frites, and now I'm kind of wishing I had gone with that instead—it looked incredible!

I attended a conference at this hotel and had the opportunity to eat at open palette, I was surprised of the variety of the menu, I ate the winter salad and crab cake bites and was just perfect for this season, well achieved!!! Definitely a place to come back

“We tried Open Palette three times during our conference stay, and each visit was a bit of a roll of the dice. Some days, the wait staff was friendly and on it, while other times it felt like we’d been forgotten. The food followed suit—sometimes delicious, other times pretty forgettable. It’s convenient if you need a quick bite between conference sessions, but if there were more options nearby, I’d probably explore those. All in all, Open Palette does the job but isn’t a must-visit.”

Enjoyed this place when I stayed at the Sheraton Downtown from October 6th to 16th and ate here 5 times while in training for Southwest Airlines. My servers Wayne, Eloy, Jeanette, and Fernando were amazing and recognized who I was and my name. Loved the Lonestar Burger, Steak, and the breakfast buffet on the weekends. I also enjoyed the 45% discount for airline employees.

Poor experience overall. We ending up leaving after a 40 minute wait. Appears to be short staffed. They failed to greet customers at the entrance, as we witnessed another two customers also leave after waiting at the entrance for an extended period of with no service rendered.

Nice relaxed place to have a drink. They have TVs in the bar with sports on, but you can also opt to sit at the tables or the little garden area outside which is beautiful with couches and plush chairs and all. Our waitress Alexandra was awesome too, very nice and attentive, and she even validated our parking ticket for the garage! I will be back
