Amazing renovation results and Parlor is the social gem of it all. Unlike every other hotel bar / lounge I’ve been in.. It’s a great place for locals ( not just out of town guests staying here ).
Brice was amazing! Great drinks and atmosphere
Brice is the best (and yes, this is the correct spelling 😉). Came here two nights in a row and Brice listened to what I wanted and served up the most amazing personalized drinks!

The Parlor, an eccentric drinks bar in the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, offers expertly crafted drinks made by experienced mixologists. The Parlor also hosts Cocktail Making Classes, led by knowledgeable staff, and offers a reception with additional drinks and small bites.
The best thing about this bar is the bartender Bryce. Bryce is praised for his exceptional skills in crafting personalized drinks, from Spritz to death flips and a special martini with lavender liqueur. Customers have described Bryce as a "magnificent artist with cocktails" and one of the best bartenders they've ever encountered. His Old Fashioneds are particularly praised as the best customers have ever had.
