I placed a pick up order by phone on 01/30/24, there is a young lady answering the phone whom was very rude & seemed bothered. She did not care to answer any questions that I had & she actually left me holding for over 10 minutes, to the point that I had to call back again from another phone. I ordered a bowl of the Chicken Orzo soup and it was okay, but the negative experience left a bad taste so I won’t be visiting again.
Wish I had read reviews prior as I would’ve made a hard pass on this one. This location caters to the takeout scene and orders up everything in takeout containers. No metal flatware, ceramic cups, or plates available. Staff was polite. I was the only customer when I walked in. After twenty minutes I inquired about the order, and was told it needed to be remade, but was handed a bag from the back counter. I've ordered from this location several times for delivery as its close to my office. To say the least, its always a good experience. Today a minor mishap took place with my delivery order.
