I asked for brisket loaded fries and the Balch Springs Fourth of July celebration, and they outdid themselves! It didn’t sound like this is a normal menu item for them, but I would highly suggest that you try it out. I would pay $15 again for those fries, and that’s saying something.
Food Was The Best Bbq i have ever tasted!!! im from up north and came to texas for great bbq and thats what i got ribs were great! Best brisket in texas so tender, juicy, and full of flavor!! No complaints everytime i come to texas i will be eating at Otis Eatery!!!
I came from Kansas to the Dallas area for the solar eclipse and this was by far the best bbq I’ve tasted. Customer service was great I left with a whole brisket for my family to try back home. It was awesome.
