This location was very low on pretzels & asked us to return in 10 minutes. We did return & they then stated that they “ran out of dough”. When we asked what the gelato flavors were, they appeared to be very inconvenienced. I would imagine it is frustrating to have a long line of customers with minimal product and no signage. It would be nice if the corporate office could label the gelato product to maybe help the process along.
We were hopeful that the other reviews were one off experiences and maybe our experience would be different, but unfortunately not. They were out of pretzels, stating it would be 30 minutes before some were ready, and only about half of the gelato containers were full, and they were out of the small size cup. Additionally the staff seemed not interested in being there at all, and did not show any hospitality to the customers.
I should have read reviews first. I would give a negative 5 stars for service if I could and cleanliness as parts of my Gelato wound up hanging over so badly that they touched the counter.
The female cashier worker was rude. I should have walked away without buying Gelato. She smacked the hand of the woman in front of me, telling her "you're done. Go.". She gets angry when she has to repeat because she spoke too quietly. Rolled her eyes when customers ordered something from menu she was out of line it was their fault and mumbled about them under her breath, and she wouldn't answer what time they closed. She filled Gelato so it got all over my hand when I picked it up from where it hung over and touched the counter. And she looked at me like hurry about paying almost losing her patience with me when I tried to pay as she'd motioned for me to do, but she hadn't pressed it yet so I couldn't. then she rudely said " I have to enter it in first" when I told her it wasn't up yet. I only ate half of my Gelato and wished I hadn't bought it. I feel nauseous though perhaps that's a feeling bright on by how bad the overall experience was.

There was exactly one pretzel in the case and nothing else over an hour before closing. I saw multiple people turned away and told they should return in 20 minutes when products were ready. Staff was not pleasant and clearly don't enjoy working there.

We love these pretzels, but the service was pretty terrible and there was an employee handling uncooked pretzel dough and sausages without wearing gloves. This is unacceptable for a good establishment.

Worst customer service as well as worst location that never has product. How will you not have a time for pretzels to be done when the woman is making them right behind you? There is a bake time! Why are you here if you don’t want to work? Trash. Everything about this location reflects this. A mess. No thank you
...they never have any mini dogs ready. They are always behind. Today I was told none were available. Smh.
Limited selection.
Try mixing flavors. Banana + peanut butter was a winning combo for me.
Watch out for unlabeled options...what the server told me was panna cotta turned out to be caramel. And the "iced coffee" is way too sweet – you don't get a chance to prep it yourself. Not going back.
