0 stars if I could for service. Absolute rudest person I have ever dealt with in a any business. I wish she had a name tag on.

We were flying out of the Dallas airport on the evening of March 7th and craving pretzels and went in to the shop. The woman was incredibly rude! We saw someone in the back making pretzels and there were only a couple cinnamon pretzels in the case. We asked if they were making more pretzels and she aggressively said, "we have what's in the case". We didn't want cinnamon and said that and she loudly repeated herself. She did the same thing to others who were disappointed. We went to get food elsewhere and when we passed back by other pretzels had been made. How rude and zero communication skills. Can't even imagine how much business they end up loosing.

Corporate standard recipe. Good, as expected. A tad pricey, but it is an airport, as expected. Better than a lot of other much pricier snacks.

There was exactly one pretzel in the case and nothing else over an hour before closing. I saw multiple people turned away and told they should return in 20 minutes when products were ready. Staff was not pleasant and clearly don't enjoy working there.

Hubby and I each grabbed a salted pretzel to take on the three hour flight we were about to board. The line wasn't long at all. The employees moved quickly. The prices were only slightly higher than at an Auntie Anne's outside of the airport, so that was nice. They were out of the pretzel dogs, which was a slight bummer because I was craving one. The pretzels were piping hot when we got them and very soft. We didn't eat them until about 2 hours later when we were in the air, and while they were no longer hot, they were still very soft and delicious. Definitely hit the spot at the time and was a nice little snack to have on the plane... sure beats the little packet of nuts they give you. Employees were fast and friendly. Everything was clean. Wheelchair and service dog friendly. Plenty of space.

You can tell how much they don’t want to be there. Pretty

Out of original and sugar cinnamon pretzels.Went back a few minutes later and they didn't bother to make and sugar cinnamon and didn't know how long it was going to be.

We love these pretzels, but the service was pretty terrible and there was an employee handling uncooked pretzel dough and sausages without wearing gloves. This is unacceptable for a good establishment.

If you just want a quick bite. Aunt Anne's aroma was alluring and certainly caught the attention of other travelers passing by. It was a nice distraction from the frustration of delayed flights. As I tucked into my pretzel dog, I didn't realize how friendly the staff was making the experience even more enjoyable. I made sure to pick up a couple of extras for the flight, knowing they would be the perfect travel snack for later. If you've got time to spare at the airport, feel free to stop by Aunt Anne's for delicious pretzels.

Pricey, but tasty. High in calories, but forces you to work out. It's probably a lot more convenient to go to an Auntie Anne's at your local mall than to go to the airport. No matter which one you visit, try the pretzel nuggets. The service was OK. The shop didn't have much to offer - they were out of a lot of items. The only thing they had in abundance was gelato -- I'm not sure what brand that was!

I was excited to see AA's at the DAL airport. Unfortunately my sweet almond pretzel was very dry. So sad!

Worst customer service as well as worst location that never has product. How will you not have a time for pretzels to be done when the woman is making them right behind you? There is a bake time! Why are you here if you don’t want to work? Trash. Everything about this location reflects this. A mess. No thank you
