This location was very low on pretzels & asked us to return in 10 minutes. We did return & they then stated that they “ran out of dough”. When we asked what the gelato flavors were, they appeared to be very inconvenienced. I would imagine it is frustrating to have a long line of customers with minimal product and no signage. It would be nice if the corporate office could label the gelato product to maybe help the process along.
We were hopeful that the other reviews were one off experiences and maybe our experience would be different, but unfortunately not. They were out of pretzels, stating it would be 30 minutes before some were ready, and only about half of the gelato containers were full, and they were out of the small size cup. Additionally the staff seemed not interested in being there at all, and did not show any hospitality to the customers.

The prices are reasonable, and the employees are friendly and efficient. The store is clean, wheelchair accessible, and welcoming to service dogs. While some products may not be available, such as pretzel dogs, the pretzels themselves are a treat. The aroma of freshly baked pretzels is enticing and adds to the overall experience.
