Paid extra for protein milk and didn’t get it because they ran out. Drink tasted so bad O had to use the half and half at the Starbucks to make it taste better
The employee who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I put coffee in the counter to pay water she put the water there and dropped my coffee I no need anything just wanted to hear word sorry but instead say sorry she said you not suppose to put it the what that big space to empty my hand to pay for the water very rude.
