If I could give zero stars I would, from the moment we entered the store the customer service was, in short, terrible.
The environment has so much potential, my family and I were so excited to visit but the eyes of arrogance that only judge were staring at us, I would prefer that they hire vultures please.
They charge us a mandatory tip of 10+ dollars, when in no other restaurant so poor or so rich have they charged us more than a percentage.
We were 3 adults and one child, please make sure to mention that you have to bring your own microscope because they say that the mandatory gratuity is mentioned but we didn't see anything saying that, except in tiny print.

It was my first and last time in this place, bad service, they charge the tips without consulting the customer, it's an abucivez what they do, I don't recommend this place, I've visited other Guatemalan places and they're not like that, I'll never return, bad experience in this place.

This delicious food makes me so desperate, I called first to order the food 30 minutes before and when I arrived I had to wait another 30 for two orders of chicken broth, there is so much attention

We're heading here, because the Best Bakery is temporarily closed! And I Googled something nearby and this one came up! But it was a mistake! Terrible service!! The ladies who serve there! Rude, the bread too expensive! We ordered a corn atol and it was more like milk stirred with Incaparina, and cold! If they are going to be so expensive! At least it's quality! I don't recommend it at all!
