There was a mix up with our orders due to a new employee being trained on the line. Long story short my husband and I ended up paying for the wrong order of food. I don’t ever get upset with fast food mistakes because I’ve worked in the industry before and know how simple mistakes can happen. It’s no biggie. When I realized I brought it up to their attention and the manager Nim and her employee at the register were very apologetic and sooo nice! She offered us 2 extra plates...
I want to to give a big shout out to Bailey. She was a great employee really went out of her way to help great service. I wasn’t even going to do the survey but her work ethic changed my mind and I am going to do a shout out to her!!
An ok location for Panda Express, same for value. The bad part is very little protein, had a hard time finding beef in Broccoli Beef, same with Greenbean Chicken, while Angus steak had good amount of steak, well it was very tough to chew. Not my favorite location. Will try a different location next time.
