I visited this Panda last week Saturday and Sunday.(9/8&9/9) This lady,I first interacted with was magnificent and greeted me .I didn't get her name, but she was short, polynesian/ Asian. She was serving the rice and noodles. The line was long and she perfected her job. She directed 2 separate lines; one line for customers waiting to pay ,and the other line for ordering. Panda Express at the DFW Airport is a bustling location with a quick-moving line. The Orange Chicken is usually good, although it may not be as fresh as at the local restaurants. The staff provides excellent customer service and keeps the area clean, creating a pleasant dining experience. Manager Max Simon is kind, considerate, and very professional about giving his customers excellent service and making sure they enjoy their meals. The staff is friendly and fun, with one employee starting a panda chant that others joined in. They are passionate about promoting a panda bear that is for sale. The place is very clean, with the staff wiping down stations after each plate is made. The food, including the Orange Chicken and Honey Crispy Chicken, is one of the best Panda Express experiences, with great portion sizes.
