Mrs. Linda at D Terminal is an awesome employee. She runs a tight ship. The cleanliness of the lobby was first class. She stacked all the condiments very neatly. She takes great pride in her job and it shows. All the employees were nice but Mrs. Linda was all about it. Her customer interaction was fun and helpful. She's a real "people person."
Just wanted to express my gratitude for two things: 1) the fact this location is open super late, and 2) the fabulous staff members (Caesar?) who were extremely helpful and kind on what was otherwise a really bad day. The friendly faces and kind personalities made a huge impression and turned my rough night around (unexpectedly stranded for a long layover). It was the only restaurant open that took the airline food voucher, and the fresh fries and burger never tasted so good....read full review
