I come in for my daily coffee and they are really sweet to me. The manager (I believe he is) even refers to me by name when I come in 🙂 Its so nice. Really well run place nice staff.

Came in this morning. My order was put at 8:59. My order was given at 9:20. The girl with the pink hat was just staring and staring, but wouldn’t even ask me no questions. There is another girl that she was new. She didn’t know what to do. She was just moving bread around to the left of the right until I came up to the front and said it’s taking a while for my sandwich then they decided to speed it up. This is why I don’t like coming to Panera. They don’t pay attention to people they have to be at work. Wait a 20 minutes for my sandwich. Made me get late to work. This is ridiculous. They need better customer service. I think they need to train the newbies before they put them on the floor a little bit better. On top of that my sandwich was wrong!!! Had to go back and get my correct order this sucks! Not ever again going here I went to the guy that helped me take my order. It was taking long. He went to the back and tried to see what’s going on. The manager comes and take them out the way and tell him no and pulls them away.

Glad there’s a Panera by downtown Dallas. It’s somewhat tucked away from the hubbub yet still at a conveneint location. Parking’s good & free considering the location. It’s been here for awhile too—since 2008. Good sized servibgs compared to other more meager Panera servings of the same items. Service is ok. Not the happiest or warmest of people but still like their efficiency. Bathroom’s need a code. Could do with an Interior update as well.
