Today, as I was ordering breakfast I overheard a manager being very rude and talking down to other employees, I had to ask one of the workers if everything was okay because the way she spoke to everyone was not at all how any other panera I've been to talks to employees. If she is a new manager I will not be coming back to this location anymore if this lady is running the store. 0/10 disgusting behavior.

I docked because I don't like having to do the customer service job placing my order, cashier and pouring my own drinks, especially when I couldn't get a spoon 🥄 without asking and they didn't remember my full order.

The cashier that was available was prepping for dishes coring bread 🍞 for soups. She was AMAZING and salvaged the whole trip. The prices were excessive for all the work the guest performs.

I love Panera Bread, and this particular location is really close to my office, so I used to go there often, but I guess not so anymore
This location really needs someone's attention from the management!!!
Locatio is extremely dirty! No soap in the bathroom and bathroom stinks!!!! The majority of tables are dirty. In general, it just feels that no one really cares about cleanliness at all!!!

Fall Favorites

Placed a simple order through the app (half sandwich and soup). Two hours with constant updated time for delivery and no food. I called the store and instead of offering a resolution or replacement they tried to educate me on whom delivers. NOT MY PROBLEM. I ordered from Panera thus Panera should make it right. Terrible service. The first person I called and spoke with advised they were correcting the order and getting it out. I noticed the app said the food was delivered and when I called the store back no one had corrected the issue from my first call

I love this Panera. The staff is very personable and kind. I never have any issues with my order when I come to pick it up. I dont think I have had this wonderful level of experience at a Panera before.

P.S. Please bring back the chicken tortellini Alfredo!
