This location is horrible with online orders through the Panera App. Several times I have had items missing from my order. Only to be told oh there isn’t anything we can do but give you a credit back to your card, which I have never seen show up or add a treat to your account which hasn’t happened either. Today was the final straw. I basically paid $26 for a sandwich and drink only. Did NOT GET MY CHIPS OR COOKIE🤬
