This is the only Panera I'll go to in the whole state of Texas. The staff takes pride in their work. I've never had an issue with my orders here. Can't say the same about any other Panera locations.
This airport does not offer many healthy options, especially for people with dietary restrictions that can't consume bacon and other highly processed meats. Panera has a "relativley" healthy breakfast sandwich that isnt too bad, obviously way over priced because it is an airport. The bread tastes like walmarts day old bread on discount, I assumed it would have been better because bread is in the name.

Food was great and was very filling and def worth the price compared to other restaurants in the airport. I loved it and it lasted me the whole time I was there waiting for my flight and I would definitely go back again! Sandwich and dessert tasted amazing and
