Parterre in downtown Dallas is such a gem. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich was so good—perfectly seasoned and super satisfying. Their mimosas are amazing, and the coffee is just as impressive. On top of that, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and perfect for brunch or a casual meet-up. Great food, great drinks, and great vibes all around. I’ll definitely be back.

Such a beautiful day party experience at Parterre Café with Open House Social Club and Aqlimate Clothing Brand. The entire event felt thoughtfully curated from start to finish. The venue itself was the perfect backdrop bright, stylish, and airy with just the right amount of charm to set the mood for a daytime vibe.
The energy was unmatched. The crowd was diverse, welcoming, and well dressed, which made the atmosphere feel elevated but still relaxed. Music was on point all day, creating a fun social flow without being overwhelming. It was easy to mingle, connect, and actually enjoy conversations, which isn’t always the case at day parties.
Open House Social Club did an amazing job bringing people together, and Aqlimate Clothing Brand added such a cool, intentional fashion element to the event. Their pieces stood out and felt very on brand for the crowd and setting. Parterre Café delivered as always with great drinks and a cozy yet chic space that made you want to stay longer.
Overall, it felt like the perfect mix of social, style, and vibes. If you’re looking for a polished but approachable day party that feels grown, creative, and well organized, this one definitely delivered. I’d absolutely attend another event hosted by this group.

A hidden gem in DT Dallas and a must try for breakfast/brunch. The vibe was great and the layout of the restaurant is very chic. The food was good too! Everybody at my table loved what they ordered. But I was most impressed by our Server Ashton. She was doing the dang thing!!! I have so much respect for her ability in the service industry. If I owned a restaurant I would definitely hire my girl! She was alone in the restaurant basically and she didn’t miss a beat. The other support staff did a great job as well for example the barista was also very active in making sure everyone was good. Even though being kinda swapped isn’t always the best look for a restaurant I admire Ashton for holding it all together almost effortlessly. Her warm spirit was refreshing as she could have been flustered but instead she served with a smile and had anticipation for guest needs like no other. I will be back on the weekends to see Ms. Ashton and give her my money! Parterra is a hidden gem but Ashton is the moment! Lastly my friend and I were so impressed by the music selection that we had to ask who was controlling the playlist. To our surprise it was Ashton. Every business/restaurant needs one of her SERIOUSLY!

The service here was excellent! I stopped in on a cold freezing day and got a Chicken Biscuit with a cup of coffee.
The Young Lady who served me was named, Kathy. She was extremely professional, very nice and because of my experience I will definitely be back.
I really want to like this place but based off of my last handful of visits I just don’t.
The service is terrible. No one greets you when you walk in, the staff prioritizes their own personal conversations over greeting you, seating you, at least bringing a water or some sort of acknowledgment while you wait.
Several times I have waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged and just ended up leaving, I’ve also witnessed other people with the same frustration end up doing the same.
There used to be a male bartender that was super sweet and always took good care of me and my daughter any time we came but it seems like he’s gone.
The food, coffee, and ambiance is honestly great and the best around the area in my opinion which is why I keep trying to come back but the lack of customer service kills it for me. I’ve only met one nice barista there since the bartender I liked has left. I’ve been coming since August of 2024.
I really hope management takes some of these reviews into consideration and attempts to properly train its staff or hire people that are more appropriate for a customer facing position.
