Pearl sushi is a must for all the Dallas sushi lovers. The first visit was great, but coming back and getting the same level of quality says a lot. The fish was fresh, the rice was perfectly textured, and every roll tasted intentional nothing overloaded, nothing sloppy. Just clean, well balanced sushi.

Second visit and somehow even better than the first. My husband and I sat at the sushi bar and did the omakase, every single bite was incredible, fresh, and beautifully presented. Chef Issac was amazing (didn’t take a lot pictures as we was really enjoying the 🍣). Also, we had such great conversation with the head chef/owner and his wife . Love the husband-and-wife duo and you can tell that they clearly put their heart into this place.

This is our favorite upscale sushi in Dallas. The best service we’ve ever had, even on super busy nights! We just went for Valentine’s Day and still didn’t have to wait any longer than a few minutes when we wanted our server. Fish is so fresh and amazing. Nothing negative to say!
