I don’t know if they got a new chef or owner but the food was great and of good quality. In the past unfortunately I have experienced used limes packed with my veggie bag in my to-go with my pho. This was on more than one occasion and it led me to stop ordering for awhile. It seems like now they have updated their to-go boxes and their meals seemed to now be of better quality & taste so I will now be a returning customer.
Pho Crimson is a go-to when you’re craving a warm, comforting bowl of pho. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the portions definitely don’t disappoint. Clean, modern space with a chill vibe—perfect for a cozy meal that hits the spot.
I went initially for the seafood pho, but my waiter seemed kind of 'meh' on it. Suggested the chicken curry pho. Well... I was not impressed. The chicken was dry and I expected more from the curry pho. It did have a lot of body. My noodles were already a bit soft when I received my bowl, so olit was a bit of a let down. I'm used to firm noodles when I get my usual pho bowl. Overall, I MIGHT come back and actually try the seafood or shrimp pho, but no rush.
