They use to be excellent a few years back. I think they have new management/owners. The Chicken Pho meat was over cooked and tastes like rubber. The “fresh” roll had way too much lettuce and is gross with pork. I took 1 bite and was disgusted. I asked for them to exchange it for a Eggroll that is $2 less and older woman manager said “no” and was rude! I’ll NEVER go there again!!

BEST. PHO. IN. TOWN!!!!! Omg the broth was so flavorful. Seriously the first time I ate pho and didn’t have to add anything else to it, that pho broth is pure gold. They give a good portion and definitely did not skimp on noodles or meat! Love the space and it was nice and quiet, everyone could have their conversations but respectful enough to not be loud

Chicken Pho: The broth was light, clean, and not overly seasoned. The portion size was generous. They used rotisserie chicken, which was flavorful but a bit tough when biting into it.
Egg Rolls: Classic in flavor with more vegetables than meat, but still delicious. They came out hot, crispy, and paired perfectly with the pho.

I’m surprised by the number of good reviews for this place, came by with a friend- had a banh mi, beef pho, and summer rolls. Broth was ok, noodles were pretty good, grilled pork banh mi had bell peppers and no jalapeño, barely any pickled veggies and cilantro, grilled pork was way too sweet. Far from authentic, but it was OK in a pinch. I’d probably drive 20min to Garland next time
