I enjoyed dinner here this evening. My goodness was it delicious and affordable. Almost too affordable! For a mere $12.50, I got a boatload of noodles, broth, and meat. No way I could finish it all.
Foremost, the broth was the star, as it should be. It was rich, fatty, umami, and mouthcoating. Seriously. Some of the best pho broth I have ever had. Since I got the Pho Bo, they served up rare beef, brisket, and meatball quarters. Every time I though I'd finished the meat, another chunk floated to the top. Christmas in a bowl. Ha!
The environment was clean, quiet, and trendy. The husband-wife (?) team was very kind and attentive. Please visit them ASAP!

I had the vegetable tofu pho and it was very good. The broth had a good clean flavor. The tofu was the best I've ever had. I would eat here again.

I’m not a fan of banh mis but this was the best I’ve ever had! Didn’t expect the jalapeño in it but it added a nice kick, definitely would order again!

I'm a pho lover know how to make it myself have eaten many pho places. This place has the best soup flavor of all. I'm talking about the base soup -- it is very good. Meatballs also excellent here. Keep it up. Also be generous with meat and veggies

I recently visited this restaurant for pho, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The service was poor—the hostess was not helpful at all. The food had a strange smell, and things got worse when I saw the cook come out of the restroom without washing her hands, which is a major health concern.
The pho itself was low quality. The meat was tough and hard to chew, and the rice tasted off, almost like plastic. Overall, the food and service were both far below expectations. I would not return.

When I told the server that this wasn’t what I ordered she said she couldn’t take it back because the kitchen was closing & that even if I didn’t eat it I still had to pay for it.

Terrible customer service. I ordered online and came to pick up my food 20 minutes later. I walk in—no one greets me, which is fine—but I stand there waiting and no one helps me. After about 10 minutes of just standing around, I finally walk up to the register, where there’s a line of people paying. I get that they’re busy, but I had already waited a while and no one even acknowledged me.
I ask a waiter for help (who honestly looked overwhelmed himself), and he can’t find my order. Turns out the guy at the register never even sent it to the kitchen. So now the waiter has to submit it for me.
At this point it’s 2 PM, I haven’t eaten all day, and I’m pissed. I walk out to my car to cool off, but then it hits me: I think the guy entered the wrong order. I try calling the restaurant—no ringtone, no voicemail, nothing.
So I walk back in and go up to the register again. The guy sees me, but straight up ignores me. He’s not helping anyone, just standing there, and still ignores me even when someone else walks up and starts talking to him. After they finish, I ask to confirm my order. He doesn’t say anything—just starts clicking around on the computer. I assume he’s checking, but then I literally see him sending my DoorDash order to the kitchen right there and then.
Then he looks at me and says, “You need to go wait,” and waves me off with the most dismissive gesture. That’s when I lost it. I raised my voice and said, “Excuse me, I want to check that my order is correct. Can you please help me?!”
He finally pulls up the DoorDash order he just submitted and goes, “Yeah, yeah, you need to wait.”
At that point, I was just done. I don’t care how good the food is—this place completely ruined my day with how disorganized and rude they were. Absolutely frustrating experience.
I will edit this post and update if my order is incorrect.
