Ana's Taqueria offers an authentic and satisfying dining experience. The ambiance may be a bit gritty, but the service is wonderful, and the fresh, handmade corn tortillas are a highlight. The tacos, including the mouthwatering chorizo variety, are bursting with flavor, complemented by delicious sauces. The restaurant also serves tasty refried beans and a light, refreshing pineapple agua fresca made from fresh pineapple with little sugar. While the barbacoa taco may not be perfect, overall, the spot is known for its good food and friendly atmosphere. Guests come from far away, and the staff often stays open to serve late, showing their dedication. This charming little place is like finding a diamond in a pile of gravel, and it’s considered a hidden gem with fair prices and great service.
