Very rude employees- my smoothie tasted like milk and yoghurt (and for $10!!) and one of the employees was eating strawberries while she was cutting them- completely unsanitary.

Wish I had read the reviews first. I love Pinkberry but the service here was lacking. The employee was more interested in the conversation she was having in her earbud. The only thing she said was what I wanted. Very disappointed.

I needed a quick bite and chose Pinkberry because there wasn’t a long waiting line. They sell frozen yogurt and smoothies. They also had a small case with banana and blueberry muffins. I decided on a blueberry muffin.

Smoothie was good but on the pricier side. Lady who worked there was definitely not keenly aware of her surroundings and took orders from someone who cut in line ahead of me but I did not want to make a scene.

This place is FAR FROM CLEAN!!! I watched an employee cut up strawberries, take my card with the same gloves, fix my tea and go back to chopping..Then I whiteness another employee spraying glass cleaner with gloves on and change out the food WITHOUT YET AGAIN CHANGING HER GLOVES!!!
