Do not order from this store. Customer service is awful.
I placed an order for carry-out and curbside pickup. When I got to the store I followed the link to notify them I had arrived. After 10 minutes I went inside. The "manager" Rachel told me she didn't have my order. I tried to show her my receipt and confirmed the store location matched. She told me since I placed the order through corporate and she didn't have it there was nothing she could do since they are a franchise...read full review
I ordered 2 extra sauces for my cheese sticks. Expecting 3 counting the one it comes with. When I asked the delivery driver he said it doesn't come with sauce. He lied kissy so he wouldn't have to go and get my sauce. I get it's a small thing but geez I may have only lost. 50 cents but I did pay for it. I ordered that many cause that's what I use now I have 2 sticks with no sauce. I just think that's a lazy mean thing to do. At least this time they weren't burnt up.
