Well the manager at the location on 4700 Ross Ave is rude and disrespectful and she does not speak 99% of the time. and I brought some chicken one day along with other customer and we all said the chicken was cold and even the employee agree. and she said we was just trying to get something free. She needs to be trained or fired.

My food was good , the service and the young man working at the front were good , respectful. It was all good till I got the fountain drink , so dirty , black liquid and stains all on the fountain , trash laying around , I got some sweet tea but I was kinda scared to drink my tea because of how the fountain looked , it really gave “ dirty restaurant “ , I don’t really think I’mBeing dramatic but yk I think y’all should check around the store and make sure everything...read full review

1) It's time to change your fry oil, yo. It's PAST time. Loooooooong past. You're making Popeye sad with this nasty, 2-decades-old oil. PLEASE change it.2) My order was incomplete, making me go out of my way to circle back and get my food. Ridiculous.3) This is, without question, the slowest Popeye's in Dallas.Do I keep coming back to this location? Yes, I do. Why?? It's just not worth the torture anymore.
