Well the manager at the location on 4700 Ross Ave is rude and disrespectful and she does not speak 99% of the time. and I brought some chicken one day along with other customer and we all said the chicken was cold and even the employee agree. and she said we was just trying to get something free. She needs to be trained or fired.
