I ordered a pizza from this location and it never got delivered. There was no way to call and get through to the restaurant, and the order hotline continue to hang up on me when I asked for help. I followed up with them via email because of the frustration over a week ago and have still not been refunded for the order that was never delivered. Will not be ordering from here ever again. Very disappointed in the service.

I AM SICK TO MY STOMACH waited over an hour for my food! & it was COLD & when I opened my pizza box at home there was a whole ass cockroach in it! I AM SICK. Employees were making pizzas with no gloves; cross contaminating the shit out of everything. People were in front of me waiting up to 45-1hr. 0 accountability and I prepaid and tipped before. Never coming back to this location again.

Ordered Pizza online on a Saturday night around 8 said it would be about a hour, 9:30 no pizza and the the app says still being made. I called the store and no one answered and waited until after 10 and then drove to the store and it was closed. I called the next next day and asked to speak to a manager and she said that the person running the store on Saturday night had to pick up his girlfriend so he closed the store early and didn't cancel any deliveries so they stayed pending. She asked if I still wanted the pizza? WTF, this place is run by meth heads, based on these posts seems to be a recurring issue. Go someplace else we have plenty of other better options.

Shady AF. Paid with Apple Pay on my phone and left zero tip since it was a carryout order. Got to the store and the employee reprinted my receipt and had me sign. Thought that was odd since I had already paid with Apple Pay. Put a line through the tip amount and totaled the receipt without a tip and signed anyway. Just noticed the final charge from my bank for this order includes a tip. I remember something like this happening to me at this same location where they added their own tip to my credit card receipt. Pizza wasn't very good, either. Will never go to Pizza Hut again since they hire employees who steal from me.

Would vote zero stars if I could. Horrible management, worse customer service and after the 3rd time ordering delivery from this location I give up. They're constantly late and 2 out of 3 times they've delivered the wrong order. When calling the store to figure why a single topping pizza is taking over an hour to be delivered despite the store being less than a mile away, the only answer before hanging up on me is "it's on its way". Dominoes it is!

It's Pizza Hut okay so you know what you're getting. That being said, this location is open until midnight, delivers and this particular location has some of the nicest people on staff. Support your local Pizza Hut and go!

My pizza was not hot, and was dry. The pasta tasted like someone actually mixed in nail polish remover and the boneless wings were alright, just over fried but not a big deal.

I just ordered pizza for my family from this location and let me tell you prestiged customer service! Dee, has great communication skills and very customer service oriented. It might've been her manager that assisted in the ordering but very helpful in making me decided on my options. Great team work! My kids devoured the pizza and wings as soon as it was delivered!

Absolutely Ridiculous!! I waited almost an hour (55mins) for some pizza, in which I had to call the location to find out what was going on. Adam, the manager, explained to me that the driver's car had "broken down" out in the parking lot. Here's an idea Adam, call the customer and let them know that their not getting their food right away. I live 1.6 miles from this place, a 5 min drive, but my lazy a** decide to make it a Pizza Hut night and order out. Will never order again from this place, this wasn't the first time something like this has happened that is why I am leaving this review. Needless to say pizza showed up but I let them know I canceled my order. #dominos

There are only three things certain in life: death, taxes, and some bomb deep dish za from pizza hut. Go ahead and dig around the couch cushion for some loose change cause the extra dollar they charge is well worth it. You can thank me later. Me and the boo got a large 3 topping pizza for 8.99 (that's with the extra dollar charge). You cant beat dinner for 2 with leftovers for under $10.

If I give it a -1 I would don't order from here it took 2 hours to get the pizza 8:20 to 10:35 smh it's not worth it

Decided to get Pizza Hut... I'm a frequent customer. So I know to order online it cheaper and I get to use my reward points. But the website was down so I called in order and explained guy on phone was like no biggie. Show up to pick up and didn't want to use points to get free pizza just wanted to get the online deal due to the website being down. But the guy at register Alfredo said he had no control over the website which DUH I know that but u can still offer the deal especially when I show u I frequent this location and that the site was not working to order. Then after he just kept saying he had no control over website I said fine forget it just let me pay and get out of here and won't be back to that location. As he hands me the pizza he says You can order online and get our new deal. After we just talked about site not working! Like for real telling u it ain't working but telling me use the site so I can get a deal!! I live close to this location but will drive to another location just to avoid the stupidity of the location! So much for customer service at this location.
