HORRIBLE SERVICE , general manager wanted to be smart when I told her they need to do a better job with answering the phone I called BACK TO BACK FOR DAYSS. I’ve been there and they have many people working there and she wanted to tell me to apply , the audacity of this older lady and her service . I never received my refund for an order placed weeks ago ! She clearly has an attitude and needs to find a new job because clearly customer service is not her thing !

TALL SLIM LIGHT SKINNED DUDE ABOUT 6’2 WAS VERY RUDE LIKE IF HE OWNS THE PLACE . ORDERED HAND TOSSED PIZZA AND GOT THIN AND CRISPY AFTER DRIVING HOME . CANT EVEN TRUST THAT I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR . I don’t even know why I’m writing a review, yall have already been warned with this location sitting at 2.8 stars. Tell me why I walked in, just wanted breadsticks, was there for over five mins, had been greeted but not serviced. I quietly stood there watching her for 5 mins after she told me one minute. Then I opened my mouth to ask “how long will breadsticks take” because I realized I may be wasting my time more if it’s going to take long and I had already wasted 5 minutes standing there without having my order taken to be in cue. The lady responded “I can’t hear you” but she was literally right there and had not moved any closer to “hear” my question. She just looked at me. Thats when I walked out. 5:52 pm 7/3

What a terrible store! The employees move with absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever! The dude back there making the pizzas moving like he's on his own time while the phone is buzzing off the hook and there's people at the counter btw. If you don't want to be there, just find another job!

So I from south Texas and came just for the night to watch the lakers vs mavs ! I called Pizza Hut and there Teleservice answered took my order ! 1 1/2 later nothing . Called in to check and the tele phone operator put me and hold 4 times and never returned to the call . Luckily I did not give my credit card because I wouldn’t have got my money back ! Pizza Hut never again!
I ordered a pizza on Sunday so I can watch the Grammy's. I ended up with food poisoning and it ended up giving me a colon infection which I had to go to the ER to treat. I will not be eating at this Pizza Hut (or any of them for that matter) again.

I did not want my pizza cut. The attendant offered to clean the cutter which I thought was very accommodating. Great place!
