I actually want to give a shout-out to this location and the staff working today. I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in awhile due to other locations being so bad. This location however had my order made perfectly, not only that it was ready in the exact time the website said it would be. To top it all off they acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door. Even though they were busy. Courteous and professional along with a perfectly made order. Thank you

Placed an order for delivery and received a notification saying it had been delivered, but I never received it. Called the store and the phone just rang for 15 minutes. Drove to the store and was told that a driver was on their way. I waited at the store while my spouse waited at home. The order still never made it. As I stood there waiting, the lady at the register said “I’ll remake your order” instead of calling the driver to see where they were. I stood in the store waiting for my order to be remade for almost 45 minutes. Meanwhile, I have already paid a delivery fee and generous tip for an order that was never delivered. Furthermore, the lady at the counter was very rude and unapologetic for the things that transpired. She claims that she will refund my money, but that has not been done yet.

The hut box was truly a "Happy Meal". The personal side pizza with 2 toppings and 4 boneless wings were excellent...hot, cheesey, perfect pairing with my McDonald's ice tea. The portion size is perfect for a child or an adult.
