I actually want to give a shout-out to this location and the staff working today. I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in awhile due to other locations being so bad. This location however had my order made perfectly, not only that it was ready in the exact time the website said it would be. To top it all off they acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door. Even though they were busy. Courteous and professional along with a perfectly made order. Thank you

Placed an order for delivery and received a notification saying it had been delivered, but I never received it. Called the store and the phone just rang for 15 minutes. Drove to the store and was told that a driver was on their way. I waited at the store while my spouse waited at home. The order still never made it. As I stood there waiting, the lady at the register said “I’ll remake your order” instead of calling the driver to see where they were. I stood in the store waiting for my order to be remade for almost 45 minutes. Meanwhile, I have already paid a delivery fee and generous tip for an order that was never delivered. Furthermore, the lady at the counter was very rude and unapologetic for the things that transpired. She claims that she will refund my money, but that has not been done yet.

The hut box was truly a "Happy Meal". The personal side pizza with 2 toppings and 4 boneless wings were excellent...hot, cheesey, perfect pairing with my McDonald's ice tea. The portion size is perfect for a child or an adult.

Ordered online at 11am. Got an email that it was delivered at 11:45am, but it had not been. We called the store at 12 and were told the email sometimes gets sent automatically and that the delivery person had just picked up our order. At 1pm our order had still not been delivered, so we called the store again. This time they said they would refund our money and remake the order and get it sent out. It finally arrived at 1:30pm

Don't buy here, a girl named Elizabeth helped me, well that's what it said on the ticket, super rude, very bad service, apart from that she's ashamed of her roots, she says she doesn't speak Spanish and she does. If they don't speak some English, don't go have a bad time with them.
This location always has the best pizza but the super nice lady Tristan just makes the experience better with her amazing upbeat customer service. Like a light shining bright! ??

I've never had a problem with this location until recently. Will not order from this location again. Late delivery and meat lovers melt was cold and not very satisfying at all! This is supposed to be the #1 Pizza Hut in the DFW area... YEAH RIGHT!

It is a trip to me that nine times out of 10 when I order from this place my payments don’t go through. Why do you have Apple Pay on there? If it doesn’t work? I just sat there for 30 minutes waiting on a pizza and I am leaving with nothing. I am heading to Zalat Pizza to eat dinner.
