Don't buy here, a girl named Elizabeth helped me, well that's what it said on the ticket, super rude, very bad service, apart from that she's ashamed of her roots, she says she doesn't speak Spanish and she does. If they don't speak some English, don't go have a bad time with them.

It is a trip to me that nine times out of 10 when I order from this place my payments don’t go through. Why do you have Apple Pay on there? If it doesn’t work? I just sat there for 30 minutes waiting on a pizza and I am leaving with nothing. I am heading to Zalat Pizza to eat dinner.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! I have ordered here 3 times the first 2 times my order was never delivered and tonight I ordered wings and asked to cook them well done and they arrived raw!! Will never order from them again and they need to be shut down at this location or replace the whole crew cause this is our of hand. Almost got food poisoning because they can't act right!

Was very disappointed with the pizza. It didn't taste like a pizza from pizza hut. It tasted like a 711 pizza. I will NOT be ordering for this place again.

I've never had a problem with this location until recently. Will not order from this location again. Late delivery and meat lovers melt was cold and not very satisfying at all! This is supposed to be the #1 Pizza Hut in the DFW area... YEAH RIGHT!

I placed an order online for delivery. They charged my credit card and then never delivered any food. When I attempted to call them, I was first routed to an obnoxious foreign call center that could do nothing for me (their words), then routed to the the local store where they never answered any calls. I went through that five times before calling a corporate hotline and filing a report with them in hopes of getting a refund in three business days. The whole experience was terrible and ridiculous. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again.

As ordered everytime. Friendly employees, my go-to Pizza place.EDITApp now ask for a tip although I place order myself, drive to shop, go inside to pick it up? Do you not pay your workers an hourly rate?Deleted my order and the app.

Placed my order on app, food was delivered by door dash. Food was delivered in a timely manner. However, some items were incorrect, and I was missing part of my order. I called the location for 1.5 hrs with no answer, called the call center location, and they attempted to call the store with no luck as well. The delivery driver asked me to tip him cause the money tipped on the app doesn't go to the driver.
