Ordered online the first time the food didnt arrive then the second time I ordered it said estimate would be at 8:20 to 8:40 it is currently 9 and no notification or anything and i tried calling the establishment I get put on hold every time or just no answer please dont buy from here not reliable and just takes your money.

I'm sure everyone has had a horrible experience at a pizza delivery restaurant but I can tell you that if you're in this area you've found a gem! The customer service from their employees is on point and 5 stars! Andi the manager goes above and beyond to take care of you and every time I call the team is kind, considerate, and friendly over the phone and well, it just feels nice in these modern days! Oh, and not to mention food! I'm a big time pizza guy and not to say other Pizza Huts aren't ok but this particular location never fails to literally make some of the best pizzas, pastas, and desserts I've ever had sincerely! The ingredients are always fresh the pies are always hot and they always pay close attention to detail! Keep it up and I'll keep ordering from y'all! Thanks again team!

Terrible place to order,food nasty, never on time with delivery. I ordered and waited 2 hrs and my food was never delivered. They claimed it was a different store. GM is rude, liar and u professional. This place is never clean. Needs to be shut down .

I have had positive experiences at this location. I order off the app (can earn points for free items) and maybe that helps with clear communication. The one time I had an issue, it was DoorDash taking forever so I just get takeout now.

Did not have gluten-free pizza and refused to give a refund. He decided to give store credit at a restaurant I can not eat at. This was a decision made by management even after being made aware of my dietary restriction. He acknowledged he'd never heard of gluten-free with furthers the confusion of this decision. The only item that is gluten-free on the menu is not available and has never been available despite being on the website.

Do not order from here it's very clear they do not care for customer service and lack accountability.

I ordered from this location by accident. I immediately called the second the order went through to notify them of the incorrect location before they started making the order. The man who answered the phone then hung up on me. The order did not get canceled and I’ve contacted Pizza Hut customer service multiple times about this to no avail.

Two of us ordered separately to the same location and rather than calling they decided themselves it was a mistake. So we waited for them to finish the making the other order when we came to pick up. They did give us a complimentary Pepsi to compensate. But still could’ve just called to check right?
