Did not have gluten-free pizza and refused to give a refund. He decided to give store credit at a restaurant I can not eat at. This was a decision made by management even after being made aware of my dietary restriction. He acknowledged he'd never heard of gluten-free with furthers the confusion of this decision. The only item that is gluten-free on the menu is not available and has never been available despite being on the website.
Do not order from here it's very clear they do not care for customer service and lack accountability.

Got my order wrong but gave me free pizza credit
I ordered from this location by accident. I immediately called the second the order went through to notify them of the incorrect location before they started making the order. The man who answered the phone then hung up on me. The order did not get canceled and I’ve contacted Pizza Hut customer service multiple times about this to no avail.

Two of us ordered separately to the same location and rather than calling they decided themselves it was a mistake. So we waited for them to finish the making the other order when we came to pick up. They did give us a complimentary Pepsi to compensate. But still could’ve just called to check right?

Initial order was a bit messed up, called the manager and let him know what was wrong. He did an amazing job correcting the problem! Amazing service.

Pizza was delivered but was not cooked to its full temperature. It was so bad that the cheese wasn’t melted, the onions were still raw and were even oven toasted as usual, and of course’s the center slices were doughy, and the pizza wasn’t even roasted underneath which was a huge sign it wasn’t cooked properly. I called the store it was delivered from and spoke with Ashley. When I told her about the issue she didn’t know what to say. I asked for refund and redelivery and Ashley who I suppose was supervisor or lead didn’t even know the proper procedures or training to handle the call. I told Ashley that the ServSafe certifications that are supposed to be posted on the wall clearly say the establishment must abide by all food Service guidelines which means cooking food to its proper temperature. Ashley was clueless and put Able the GM. I repeated the issue to Able asked for credit and he couldn’t because he needed proof. I told Able that I didn’t have transportation which is why I had it delivered. I told Able he would need to drive to my address to get that visual evidence. I was surprised when Able took it upon himself to drive to me was admirable and appreciative. However, that was shortly flushed down the toilet when he didn’t follow through with coming back to the next day to pay me back for the pizza and tip I gave the driver. It is July 4th, 4pm, and Able hasn't shown up or responded to my call that I left at the store by an individual that wouldn’t provide his name. I see that the reviews for this location on Singleton are pretty bad. Shame on you Able! Pizza Hut I think it’s time to re- certify the employees at this location to ensure ServSafe regulations are being followed.

Received only one item out of 3 Called back and they said the driver made an error ok fine. I went to pick it up and they talked about how they didn’t know which pizza I was missing and how they didn’t care that I was missing it while I was in the lobby not sure how they didn’t think I could hear them but yea. Alexa and her co worker were very rude and disrespectful for absolutely not reason. Drive another few minutes to the next location if you want better service.

Ordered cash delivery online . My order was supposed to be delivered at 10:41pm it’s 11:22 pm and still nothing. I called and asked what was going on and they said the first door dasher didn’t want to take the order and they had just given the pizza to the second person. I thought Pizza Hut has its own drivers. Now I have to find something to eat for kids and it’s almost midnight. The only thing that was great is that I didn’t pay yet because it’s cash but to waste my time is different. I rather you just tell me it’s cancelled.

This pizza hut is ok,but it could be better. All the other Pizza Hut looks a lot nicer. Maybe because this one is in the so call hood. It's small. There's no menu posted, just plain. Need to be updated. Seems to be short staff.

Order your pizza from here! I ordered 26 pizza's for our group event and they were ready on time. They helped get the order in the car. Excellent service & product. We fed over hungry 100 people who loved that we ordered from the Hut!

Despite having many orders, my order came out quickly, that is, it took longer than normal but not that much and the attention counts, always very friendly.
